What’s Included:
Session(s) are customized based on the specific needs and desires of the client and can range from: a childbirth prep “crash course”, to emotional support leading up to birth, to open and flowing dialog addressing questions about birth. Some clients ask for assistance creating a birth plan, want ideas or practice with comfort measures, or desire support in discussing typical interventions in birth.
These confidential sessions can be with as many, or as few participants as possible (and are often only with the soon-to-be-mom) and are an intimate way to potentially process and release fears, anxiety, trauma, hopes, and wishes around the birth experience.
These sessions are led by my clients, as they are the Ultimate Guides in their birth. I will follow their lead, gently asking questions so that they can go deeper in exploring their energy, desires, and fears as they delve in the Unknown.
Fees
Option 1: $75 for 1 hour of time via a Zoom or phone call
Option 2: $200 for two, 1.5 hour sessions via a Zoom or phone call
Both options include:
- Nonjudgmental and intuitive conversation around any questions, concerns, or topics you have about your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey
- Access to a password protected area of my website that has a plethora of links, resources, documents, and guided meditations to support you in your birth journey.
- A brief follow up email that includes a recap of our session(s and any resources/links relevant to our discussions)
