My Birth Doula Services Include:
- an initial interview
- two prenatal visits (one is a 2-hour childbirth prep class in your home)
- a postpartum visit
- guidance on relaxation techniques
- ongoing 24-hour telephone support
- on call 2 weeks before and after your due date
- a comprehensive educational and resource packet
- birth planning and preparation
- labor support in your home or hospital
- lactation support (I am not a lactation consulant, I just nursed 4 babies!)
Cost
My fee is $1800, with a 50% non-refundable retainer due at time of booking. Payment plans available.

This fee is a result of 10+ years of birth doula work, and two years of midwifery assistant instruction, where I witnessed over 150 births in all settings. I was trained under the midwifery model of care.
